Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") outlines the rules and guidelines for using the Boundrify Inc. platform and Services. This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all users of the Services.

1. General Conduct

You agree to use the Services in a professional and lawful manner. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must ensure that your use of the Services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and this AUP.

2. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Services to:

  • Engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Facilitate or promote illegal activities, including fraud, money laundering, or tax evasion
  • Process payments for illegal goods or services
  • Violate export control or trade sanction laws

2.2 Harmful Content

  • Upload, transmit, or distribute content that is defamatory, obscene, or threatening
  • Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software
  • Send unsolicited commercial communications (spam)
  • Host or distribute content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination

2.3 Security Violations

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers, or networks
  • Conduct vulnerability scanning or penetration testing without prior written consent
  • Circumvent or attempt to circumvent security measures or access controls
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized parties

2.4 Abuse of the Platform

  • Use the Services in a manner that imposes an unreasonable load on our infrastructure
  • Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access the Services without authorization
  • Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or usage limits
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Services without authorization
  • Use the Services to build a competing product or service

2.5 Intellectual Property Violations

  • Infringe upon the copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights of others
  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute our content, code, or designs without permission
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Services

3. Content Standards

All content uploaded to the Services must comply with the following standards:

  • Be accurate and not misleading
  • Comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction
  • Not infringe upon any third-party rights
  • Be appropriate for a professional business environment

4. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP, please report it to us immediately at [email protected]. We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.

5. Enforcement

We reserve the right to take any action we deem appropriate in response to violations of this AUP, including but not limited to:

  • Issuing a warning to the violating user
  • Temporarily suspending access to the Services
  • Permanently terminating the user's account
  • Removing or disabling access to offending content
  • Reporting the violation to law enforcement authorities

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before taking enforcement action, except where immediate action is necessary to protect the Services, other users, or third parties.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
