Payments Terms

Effective date: January 1, 2025

These Payments Terms ("Payments Terms") supplement our Terms of Service and govern all payment transactions processed through the Boundrify Inc. platform.

1. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy in addition to these Payments Terms. Boundrify Inc. does not store your full credit card details on our servers.

2. Subscription Plans

Boundrify Inc. offers subscription-based plans with the following terms:

  • Monthly Plans: Billed on a monthly recurring basis from the date of subscription
  • Annual Plans: Billed once per year at a discounted rate compared to monthly billing
  • Plan Changes: You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

3. Free Trial

We may offer a free trial period for new users. During the trial period:

  • You have access to the full features of the selected plan
  • No charges will be made during the trial period
  • At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends
  • You will receive a reminder notification before the trial expires
  • Each user is eligible for only one free trial

4. Billing and Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file for the applicable fees. You will receive an email receipt for each charge.

  • Billing Date: Your billing date is the date you first subscribe or the date your free trial ends
  • Failed Payments: If a payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to three additional times over a 10-day period. If all attempts fail, your account may be downgraded or suspended
  • Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in the currency specified at the time of purchase. Currency conversion fees, if any, are your responsibility

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation
  • Your account will revert to a free tier (if available) or become inactive
  • Your data will be retained for 30 days after the end of the billing period, after which it may be deleted

6. Refund Policy

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, we may provide refunds at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

  • Service Outage: Prolonged service unavailability exceeding our SLA commitments
  • Billing Errors: Incorrect charges due to technical errors on our part
  • First-time Subscriptions: Refund requests made within 14 days of your first paid subscription (excluding renewals)

7. Taxes

All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (including VAT, GST, and sales tax) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for paying all applicable taxes associated with your use of the Services. We will collect and remit taxes where required by law.

8. Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase. Existing subscribers will be notified via email and in-app notification. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect.
